Livestock ventilation windows should pay attention to two aspects

Motor maintenance

1. Disconnect the main power supply and check whether the ground wire of the motor is intact.

2. Tighten the screws and connectors.

3. Check whether the motor resistance meets the requirements, and check the main circuit contacts. If the contact is severely ablated (wear to 1/3 of its original thickness), the contact should be replaced. Note: During maintenance, please put a label on the power supply to inform others that it is being repaired.

Valve maintenance:

1. Adjust the belt tightness and move the wind wheel by hand to observe whether the rotation is stable.

2. Check and replace the gasket and packing between the joints.

3. Clean the motor and rotor, filter and housing. Repair the peeling paint.

4. Add lubricating oil to the rotating position to make the coupling and bearing have good flexibility and stability.
